If you have a prescription from another country, you can email a copy to us, and we will check whether we are able to supply your medication for you.
We offer an organised repeat prescription service for patients needing regular medication refills. Simply submit your prescription request, and once your doctor approves it, we’ll prepare it for you — typically within five working days of the request. You will be notified as soon as your medicines are ready for collection.
For long-term medications that you take continuously (such as for blood pressure, diabetes or thyroid conditions), you may also be able to sign up for our automatic repeat prescription service. Once eligible, your script can be renewed automatically without having to request it repeatedly — making ongoing treatment more convenient.
To make collecting your prescribed medicines even easier, we offer a 24/7 self-service dispenser located beside our pharmacy entrance. Once your prescription is prepared, you will receive a pick-up code via email or SMS so you can collect your medication whenever it suits you — even outside regular opening hours.
Because we work closely with our travel health clinic, we stock a range of travel vaccines and travel-related medications. These include vaccines like yellow fever and dengue, anti-malarial medicines, repellent products, first-aid kits and other essentials to help keep you healthy while travelling. We recommend allowing sufficient time before travel so you can receive your vaccinations and be fully prepared.
